Hi! I'm a relatively new writer that usually produces queer, morally questionable and character-driven stories ever since the start of 2023. As a part of my journey, I've completed a full first draft of a low fantasy, queer-platonic novel totalling 60k and will happily announce that I'm working on the second. Besides that, I also write casually for the fandoms I'm interested in on AO3.My main strengths are writing emotionally complex characters, atmospheric detail and layered symbolism that connects the mind to the physical environment. It creates an immersive storytelling experience that I rather enjoy.Besides writing, I used to formally run an editing and beta-reading business so I'm quite well-read and understand what makes a story come alive.

Original Work Novel Excerpt Nightmare Horror Third Person Perspective

Soleille supposed it could be a bit of a punishment for pulling them into this mess. As their heart beats slowed to a rhythm, they wrapped their arms around themselves, feeling the cold settle in quickly. They lifted their hood back up and crawled closer. The previous scent of rot on Lester lessened away with the frigid weather and his body was warmer in comparison. They believed his body was blocking them from the wind that blew through the small barred window at the top. But why is it that, no matter how many mistakes Lester made, Soleille just kept feeling drawn to him? Maybe they felt responsible for him like they were responsible for not preventing their mother’s death. Or that they were simply returning to what they always did, working hard to keep what they had close, whether it was food, money or people. They barely looked over their mother’s dead body, and now it was strange, how much their eyes drooped, and prevented them from looking. They pulled in their feet, numb from the cold, and tried to hold themselves together. Soleille was scared. They didn’t want to relieve another loss, or another move, or anything that would force him out of the life that took so hard to get used to. Their feet gently tapped against the wooden floor, trying to regain sensation in it. The movement caused Lester’s hand to drop from his knees, landing his warmth onto them again. And the sensation itself was strangely comforting, and the fact that Lester was able to sleep and stay calm in this situation made him relaxed too. They closed their eyes gently and interlinked his fingers to warm up. And quickly enough, Soleille too was dropped into the dark pool that was his dreams. The ice cold water reignited his senses and they looked around to find themselves in a large pool, the bottom of it too murky to make out. And as they stared at the bottom of the pool, they started to make out odd figures floating up and lines of bubbles following it. The figures increased in numbers, multiple of it floating up at an alarming pace. Before they knew it, something hooked onto their leg. They turned around quickly and tried to shake it off. But their body froze when they caught a solid view of the object. It was a dismembered puppet arm casted with realistic details: its blue veins still pulsing with blood and tendons that worked its way to the ends of each finger. And at the end of the arm, parts of its muscles were ripped out and floated in the water like worms and the more they tried to shake it off, more sapphire blood pumped out into the chilling water, seeping their surroundings with blue. They could only imagine that they were kept alive by how fast his heart was beating, and the amount of warmth that must’ve been generating from the chill itself. As more mannequins and parts floated up, they clung onto them, and Soleille simply struggled more and more, his heart beating faster when they decided to just swim upwards. Their hands and legs protested against the weight that was hooked onto their body and they couldn’t help but feel like they were just being pulled down.Soleille could feel their face warming up before tears slipped out and joined the rest of the liquid around them. Soleille just thought to let it go and let the gross parts drag him down into the depths. And again, they tried to look past the bodies and parts that gripped itself to their body and stare at the pool that never seemed to end. Slowly, a soft gray bottom appeared into sight and just as they thought they may die, they spotted their mother standing at the bottom, reaching her hands out to him. One by one, the parts detached from them and they were immediately welcomed into her arms. They gripped her tight, scared to let her go again and bawled into her shoulder. But just they thought she was going to hug them back, they caught gaze of her face, her dark eye sockets that stared coldly back. She shook under their grasp, as if she was crying too but pushed them away, letting their body float backwards. Her voice came out as a sharp shriek and she grasped her hair, screaming as her body disfigured itself and pieces of glass shot from her surroudings and stabbed her, creating that saphhire pool of blood again. She roared, “Why didn’t you find me?” Her question came out so distorted and sharp to their ears that forced them to cover their eyes, then float for a few seconds to decode it.And when they he tried to say, ‘I wanted to,” nothing came out but bubbles and they gripped their thought, feeling betrayed from their own vocal cords.“I was so sad, so alone,” she barely could get out, hugging herself with her arms, hunched over and coughed out more blood that made her dissapear from Soleille’s sight. Her legs pushed against the ground she was standing on, making her face the first thing that appeared from the blue cloud. She grasped on Soleille like the other parts did and shook their body aggressively. She shrieked, “You left me!”In cold sweat, Soleille’s eyes snapped open to Lester shaking them and their head moved quickly to find out where they were.

Fanfiction Hazbin Hotel Boss & Employee First Person Perspective

There was only one person who caught me off guard today, Vox. He was and continues to be a respectable businessman, charming, cunning and influential enough to create an overpowering company like Voxtek. When I looked past the smile and noticed the scowl on his face or the occasional glitches in his screen, I started to realise the ways he hides the ugly parts of his image. It’s sort of like a built-in privacy screen; I wouldn’t have noticed it unless I was looking straight at him. There aren’t that many ways to peel it off either. But to him, that concern is not attentive worthy and he doesn’t care if parts of his mask falter. That’s because he’ll always be able to overwrite with more sweet words. My thoughts were snapped out of it as I heard Velvette shouting through the door, “Where the fuck is that ungrateful bitch? She’s 10 minutes late!” She hissed, “She’s not getting more shoots if she keeps this bloody behaviour up.” The sound of her heels storming around continued. “I’ve got a party to attend tonight and I cannot be late.”The photographer and I locked gazes for a moment as I was unsure what to do. He shook his head, mouthing, “Don’t go out now.” I nodded in response, agreeing to avoid conflict when possible. That was until she slammed our door open, muttering something under her breath and then demanding, “You!” she pointed at me, “You’re coming with me instead. If she’s not coming, then it’s her fucking loss.”My steps were slightly hesitant as I moved closer to her, to appease her mood, I followed along. It wasn’t like I had many plans after this.“Ugh, bloody hell, a sparkly suit? You’re going to need something more classy,” she commented, rolling her eyes and with a flick of her finger, I was redressed into my original outfit. I blinked and looked down, subtly nodding in approval. Glad to know she preferred my original clothes over this. “Alright, that’s much better, darling,” she smiled in admiration of how the outfit flattered me.Her smile dropped for a moment and shifted her body weight to her other leg. She pulled out her phone and started typing before waving pointlessly at her assistant. “Tell that bitch she’s not getting her privileges the next time you see her. It’s time for a new era anyway,” she smiled, putting her phone in her pocket and tugging her dress up. “Oh, and don’t worry, darling, there’ll be food,” she reassured me. “Alright!” She straightened up, grabbing my forearm to pull me along awkwardly. “Let’s start moving before I miss out on all the good shit again.”As she walked at an oddly fast pace, the various paintings of renowned fashionistas blurred in my vision and I was left to wonder who would be at this party. Assuming Velvette only invited her best model to these kinds of events, it would be decently classy with a few well-known celebrities. At least that’s what I assumed.I followed Velvette, taking an exclusive elevator up multiple floors, and watching the city grow smaller through the glass window. A little butterfly fluttered in my stomach, giving me unfamiliar nerves for a second time today and I couldn’t help but think how I might be very wrong in my impression of this party. The elevator door opened sooner than I was prepared for and with a short puff of white mist, we stepped through into a large club, with a large bar stretched across one wall and a couple of organised groups around the place, all dressed semi-formally.I couldn’t try why I winced as I caught sight of Valentino grasping Angel Dust close like a jewelled accessory to flaunt. It seemed like common sense to expect their presence here but the sight of it bothered me more than I would’ve liked to admit. Angel seemed slightly annoyed at the environment around him, clutching his phone tight to his chest and pulling his legs in. But what caught my attention was his clothes, I had managed to pick out the same outfit as him, just in different colours and that fact alone unsettled me. I could very easily imagine myself in that position when I didn’t want to but instead of Valentino’s claws around my waist, it would be Vox’s.An uncomfortable feeling in my stomach settled as I looked back to Valentino, who was smoking and smoothly talking to a couple of rather good-looking girls. That corner was pretty much a fog of red smoke, swirling around him as the centre. I felt rather uneasy as I saw it concentrated in one area instead of spreading out.I looked around, spotting Velvette already talking to someone a short distance away. I shuffled over to the group, smiling and listening in to the conversation. One guy in particular was wearing a grey button-up and dark dress pants, clothes I would’ve disapproved of any day. It was odd that Velvette seemed so eager to talk to him out of all people. His eyes lingered over to me, taking a moment to recognise me. “Oh, aren’t you from Inspire?” he asked me, referring to my old workplace.I nodded slowly and replied, “Yeah, worked with them for a bit.”He smiled, picked up three cocktails from a waiter, and offered one to Velvette and me. “Ah, I’ve heard it has gone down the drain recently.”I leaned in interest, accepting the drink and sipping from it. “Huh, I wouldn't know why.”“Well apparently, it happened after the party, a couple of people stayed behind. One of them had managed to steal the manager’s car and sell it the same day,” he said, his lips having a sliver of a smile. “I mean, if it was me,” he said, placing his palm on his chest, “I’d never let my employees do that.” His cold laugh came in afterwards and only then, I recognised who this man was. He was the one who originally created Voxtagram before it had its rebrand. It was only now that I took notice of the grey streak in his white hair and the way he carried his glass with a pinky up.Velvette laughed heartily with him and commented, “Of course, you wouldn’t. Do those bitches think they’re important enough to steal it? Hah! I’ll be the judge of that.”He said, smirking wide, “And you wouldn’t guess who had been suspected as the criminal.” His calculating gaze settled on me again and I read his greedy eyes alarmingly fast. Fuck, how does he know? “The brave person just might be in our pres-““Viktor! Hey, old pal, are you holding up good?” Vox appeared behind him, landing a hand on his shoulder. Vox's screen turned towards him, and a small warming smile settled on his screen. I breathed a sigh of relief, my smile slowly returning to my face. His eyebrows hitched up for a moment in a puzzling sort of way, patting Vox’s shoulder in response and pointing out, “No, what are you doing here? Thought you weren’t the type to attend these parties.”“Oh, just thought I’d join my comradery of friends. Plus, I’m getting out of the office. Didn’t you want me to do that more often?” Vox asked him with his head tilted in interest.Viktor pursed his lips to a thin line and broke eye contact. He sipped his drink slowly before responding, “Sure, Vox, so very nice to see you. You were… always the one with the spark.” His foot tapped incessantly against the floor, feeling slightly repulsed by Vox’s presence.“Well, you didn’t get the static shock this time, did you? Besides, I’ve upgraded,” Vox referred to his rather new flat-screen and outstretched his hands. “New year, new me.”“The extermination should’ve happened months ago then,” he complained, looking away. “Now, if you’d kindly excuse me, Velvette and I have certain plans we’d like to discuss,” he said rather calmly, reaching out a hand to Velvette and leading her away without a word.I stood there and watched the two leave. Velvette strutted herself into a seat around a small round table, drinking and chatting rather passionately with him. The dark red atmospheric lighting provided shade for their conversation like it was trying to hide the details of their words.“Didn’t think I’d see you here,” Vox commented, standing beside me. “Now that you are,” he started, moving to occupy my line of sight and reaching out his hand as an invitation. “Why don’t we sit down and share a drink or two?” He gestured to one of the booths, maintaining eye contact. My attention panned towards him. He was in his regular business suit, which, I might say, was rather remarkable in that it looked particularly new. “Sure, but you know, I thought a renowned businessman like you would be rather busy,” I complimented him, taking his hand and settling into a seat in the booth.“Well,” he sat down and leaned closer to the table, a glint of amusement in his eye, “I stay busy with events. Keeps the business interesting and you never know who you just might run into.”I nodded approvingly, laying my hands politely on the wooden table and leaning back, feeling the plush leather behind me. “Sure does. Networking can be the best way to meet top talent.” With each breath that flowed in and out of my lungs, I made sure to keep smiling and pausing to avoid speaking over him.“Exactly and I won’t lie, I’m eager to open doors for those who know how to… make an impression,” he paused, and shifted, his leg brushing gently against mine. “And I’d say you have.” A widened grin adorned his face and his gaze landed on my face, remaining there steadily.“Thank you, I aim for the best,” I vocalised and crossed my legs, returning a similar brush against his slacks.“You know,” he said, his fingers gently tapping on the table, one after another, “I’ve been looking for someone unique, someone who can naturally draw people in with their presence.”My eyes remained on him attentively and narrowed to focus on his body language. I smirked. “Yeah? Let me guess, has this unique person been your new passion project?”“Oh, you have no idea,” he trailed off, his eyes not leaving mine as a waiter placed a glass of whiskey on the table. Sipping from the glass, his tongue licked the liquid off his sharp teeth before continuing. “It gets rather boring when there’s nothing new around. It’s almost like having no toys to play with.”An image of Valentino pulling Angel roughly towards him flashed across my eyes. My expression faltered for a moment, my smirk disappearing as a sense of uneasiness emanated from his presence. “Yeah,” I muttered under my breath, looking down at my fruity drink and the little umbrella settled in the liquid. There was a moment of silence between us before I mentally knocked some sense into myself and looked up into his eyes. He perked his eyebrow, just staring at me. “I bet you feel like that often though,” I took a slow sip of my drink, saying the first thing that came to mind. I looked up at him, the first time today with my resting face, noticing how his posture straightened up with the change in tone.“See? You get it,” he spoke smoothly, barely disturbed. It did wipe off the toothy grin he had though. “Imagine this, your presence plastered on our commercials and being at the forefront of every innovation Voxtek comes up with,” he pulled up immediate holograms of templated advertisements, some of which, I recognised that Angel had starred in. I had another sip of my drink, trying to push down the uncomfortable tension built up in my throat. “It’d be a prestigious role, a rare offer that wouldn’t be extended to anyone, one a stunning model like yourself couldn’t pick up with regular job interviews.”I smiled, a little bit of suspicion showing through from how my eyebrows hitched up. But he was right. And since I’ve already affiliated myself with Velvette, perhaps another one of the Vees wasn’t that far-fetched either. He stood up and came over to my side of the booth, taking a seat on the edge.He drank from his glass again, dragging his words as he said, “That, or you could accept that this is as far as you’ll go, staying exclusively with Velvette. Your choice, darling.” His cyan eyes stared at me, or right through me into something more personal, as if he was savouring this moment. His unsettling stare made me shift uncomfortably; it was like he was trying to figure out my response. I bit my lip, staring back and could only fixate on how he’d manage to block my only way out. My hands drifted down beside my thighs, now more focused on protecting my personal space. “I’m grateful for the offer, Vox.” I chose my words carefully, monitoring my tone to be as polite as possible. “And I’m sure you understand if I require more time to provide an answer.”The grip on his glass tightened but his smile remained perfectly in place and his expression controlled. “Of course, I would expect no less from someone of your calibre,” he murmured, his voice smooth and coaxing. “Just take time, as this is an important matter, to understand how expansive your influence will be.” He reached out to me, resting his hand gently on my shoulder, and an entrancing swirl of black and red spirals pulsed in his left eye, starting to coo my mind into a soft blank canvas. His hand slipped down my shoulder, caressing my arm as he held it. He let out a pleased hum, his cold claws gently scraping against my skin. For the first time, he allowed his eyes to wander dreamily over our hands and interlocked them together. He was cool-toned but I was surprised at the warmth from his hands like a strange comfortable touch that wrapped me in a blanket. Just as he relaxed into the touch, he snapped up and dropped his smile when I retracted my hand. His hypnosis lost its grip on me without constant eye contact. My hands rested on my thigh again, almost trying to make up for the loss of contact. I winced inside at that uncomfortable feeling—I shouldn’t want him to touch me. I inspected my dirtied hands, as my troubled mind took a while to reform thoughts. “I… I will get back to you with my answer.” Those words left a bitter aftertaste in my mouth, similar to the intrusive taste of alcohol residing.“Yes, of course,” he replied right after, not giving me a chance to say anything. His reaction stunned me and this unusualness resumed when he avoided my eyes by studying the grain of the table. He looked back into my eyes decisively. “I’d like you to meet me at my office tomorrow, seven am. It’ll give us a chance to finalise your contract with Velvette and dive into the details of this project.” Standing up, he brushed himself down and put distance between us. Pausing, he glanced back. “Say… I didn’t expect to feel quite so… intrigued. Your alluring effects must come very effective as a natural demonic gift. It fits your line of work very well,” he stated an observation, his gaze calculating before relaxing.I looked up into his eyes again, and this time, his scattered attention helped me stay collected enough to pick myself back up. “I could say the same for you, and as you would say, from someone of your calibre,” my words echoed with his tone. I leaned back. My eyes scanned his figure and pretended that I was impressed with him.He cracked a smirk. “Sure thing, doll. Tomorrow it is. Don’t forget, seven am sharp,” he emphasised, tapping his watch with an interested perk of his eyebrow, “Don’t keep me waiting,” he said, his words teasing. His screen gave a curt nod before turning around and walking off but I wasn’t as interested in where he was going. The whiskey glass sat almost untouched, its contents barely lowered since it was served. A square cube of ice spun slowly in the whiskey, and the size of it was rather large compared to the short glass. It spun at a strangely comforting pace, and with how far it sat from my martini glass, I could only imagine putting the same distance between us, to make sure that scene never happened.
